To get into the prep academy you must be older than 17 by July 1, and you must not be older than 23. You must fill
out the nomination letter and get it signed by the apporpriate personal.
Academics
- Four years of Math including Algebra 1, geometry, and trig.
- You should take 2 years of foriegn language and at least one of the languages Spanish, French, Arabic.
- four years of science
- 2 years of labratory science
- One year of computer science
Leadership
You should be active in leadership at your church and in your community. You should get involved in your student
goverment and should participate in at least one varsity sport at a minimum. You should also join the National Junior
Honor Society. Being an Eagle Scout will also look very good.
Physical
You should develop good running speed and lots of upper body strength. You should also have a high level of endurence.
You should play team sports that are very active like basketball and football. You should also participate in some kind
of swimming.
